User Agreement
INTRODUCTION
These Terms of Service, together with any additional terms that may apply to specific products or services, govern your access to and use of our applications and services.
By downloading, installing, or using the Clean Up Photos: Phone Cleaner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. This Agreement becomes effective on the date you first download, install, or use the App. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.
If you do not agree with this Agreement or any of its provisions, you are not authorized to access, download, install, or use the App. In such case, you must immediately discontinue use and remove the App from any device under your possession or control.
UPDATES
You acknowledge that the Clean Up Photos: Phone Cleaner is subject to ongoing development and improvement. From time to time, we may release updates or modifications to the App. You agree that such updates may be installed automatically, with or without notice. All updates are governed by this Agreement unless stated otherwise.
GENERAL TERMS
The Clean Up Photos: Phone Cleaner is a utility tool designed to improve your device experience. It allows you to search for and remove screenshots, similar or large photos; find and delete duplicate contacts; merge and back up contacts; and delete contacts in bulk. A full list of features is available on the App’s page on itunes.apple.com.
The App is intended solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the App only for its intended purposes as described above.
AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND ACCURACY
To use the Clean Up Photos: Phone Cleaner, you must have a compatible mobile device and access to the internet.
We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices, operating systems, or software configurations. We do not warrant that access to the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.
Because the App relies on internet and mobile networks, its availability and quality may be affected by factors beyond our reasonable control.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without prior notice.
You represent and warrant that any information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and up to date.
You may stop using the App at any time by managing your settings in your iTunes account or by uninstalling the App from your device.
CHARGES
The App is available for free with access to basic functionality.
Certain features or services (“Premium options”) require a paid subscription. Subscription details, pricing, and available plans are displayed on the App’s page and during the subscription flow. A free trial may be offered where indicated. After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial.
Payment will be charged to the payment method linked to your account at the time of purchase confirmation or upon expiration of the free trial period. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge applicable fees to your selected payment method.
If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the App’s basic features. Premium features remain available during the free trial period.
Subscription prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may vary by region. Full subscription details, including trial duration and renewal terms, are shown before purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are managed directly by you via your iTunes account. Removing the App does not cancel an active subscription.
Some features may also be available as one-time in-app purchases.
Your mobile carrier may charge fees for data usage, including roaming charges. You are solely responsible for any such charges.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content and materials available through the App and Services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, images, audio, video, designs, trademarks, and documentation (collectively, “Service Content”), are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
This Agreement grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the App for personal purposes only. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, harvest data from, interfere with, or otherwise misuse the App or Service Content. Any unauthorized use may result in termination of your rights under this Agreement.
You agree to cooperate fully with us in investigating any suspected violations of these Terms.
PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information related to your use of the App. We encourage you to review it carefully.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
You use the App at your own risk. The App and all related services and content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or complete removal of duplicate contacts, photos, or screenshots. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and technical compatibility.
If the App fails to meet expectations, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price in accordance with its policies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no further warranty obligations.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App or Services, including loss of profits or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We are not responsible for third-party products, services, or content accessed through the App, nor for any legal actions related to your use of the App.
Apple is not responsible for addressing claims related to the App, including product liability, regulatory compliance, or consumer protection claims.
TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease, and you must stop using the App.
